Judging is done by qualified members of home builder associations outside of New Hampshire and is completely conducted independently of any input or knowledge of the NHHBA Cornerstone Awards Committee or NHHBA staff. Furthermore, in order to insure that unbiased decisions are rendered, the judges have no knowledge of who is on the NHHBA Cornerstone Awards Committee or if any committee members have submitted entries themselves.
